Wind Conferences Expositions, Exhibitions and Workshops

Wind Conferences 2009

AWEA Wind Power Project Siting Workshop will take place in Seattle, Washington on February 24 - 25, 2009. The workshop will feature information on project planning, operation and construction in the wind energy field.

Michigan Wind Conference 2009 will be held in Detroit, Michigan on March 3 & 4, 2009 and will be hosted by the Great Lakes Renewable Energy Association.

European Wind Energy Conference and Exhibition (EWEC) 2009 will take place in Marseille, France from March 16 - 19, 2009. Technical experts from different European countries are brought together to share industry information.

International Small Wind Conference 2009 will be held in Waterford, UK from April 22 - 23, 2009 and feature two days of workshops, seminars and demonstrations about small wind turbines.

WindPower 2009 in Chicago, Illinois May 4 -7 is one of the largest exhibitions in the world with over 13,000 attendees expected and over 750 exhibitors on hand. The event will take place at the McCormick Place Convention Center and will include latest industry information and technologies.

Wind Turbine Noise 2009 will be the third annual event, held in Aalborg, Denmark on June 17 - 19, 2009 and will feature issues related to low frequency acoustic of wind turbines.

Wind Power Asia will be held in Beijing, China from July 8 - 10, 2009 and is expected to have over 300 exhibitors and 11,000 attendees this year. This fifth annual conference is one of the longest running wind energy exhibitions in Asia.

Wind Expo Panama 2009 will be held in Panama City, Panama from September 2 - 4, 2009 and is being sponsored by the Latin American Wind Energy Association (LAWEA).

European Offshore Wind 2009 Conference & Exposition in Stockholm, Sweden from September 14 - 16 will feature information concerning offshore wind development.

SNEC Wind Power Expo 2009 will be held in Shanghai, China from November 3 - 7, 2009. Featured will be a strategic overview of the wind energy industry.
